Running out of creativity?

why is it hard for fans to realise that band members are human too just like anyone else, and like everyone else they have the right to change their mind or come to a new decision based on experience and new knowledge. and you have to be fcking deaf to not hear that they keys in opeth arent that dominant but in fact add a new texture of sound and atmosphere.

You also have to be fucking stupid to not realise that the OP made this (useless) thread as a humorous remark rather than anything else.

Personally I thought Natalie's vocals worked well (though I think they should have sung in harmony with each other)...

No.

Somebody on youtube edited together Mike/Natalie harmony vocals and added a 3rd verse to "Coil", like so many people wanted to happen.

It sounded. Like utter. SHIT.

"Coil" didn't have 3 verses for a reason. Because it would've sounded like shit.

That is all. Fucking DOT.

^ Stupid post, it's just because they didn't record it in a way so it fits. They recorded both vocals seperatly without any intention, but it could have been great to hear both sing together (not with the current tracks from the song).

But isn't a 3rd harmony verse so incredibly... predictable? It's what every single male/female duet does at the end, it would feel like a country song or something.

I just think the harmony 3rd verse is a stupid idea for "Coil". Such a generic idea.
