Sansamp PSA-1 worth keeping?

In the next few days I'm going to buy a Peavey 6505 head. Furthermore I have the following Amp Sims: Guitar Rig 4, Amplitube 2 & Metal, Softube Metal Amp Room, Ampeg SVX, Waves GTR and I have also a Sansamp PSA-1 hardware (not the PSA-1.1!!!). With all the other stuff in mind, do you think it's worth keeping the Sansamp?

imho It's good with bass, and for guitar sound very good with the right impulses ...keep it!
