At first I thought they were going to do Metal Thrashing Mad, then Charlie played a little Rush XYZ. ..then Madhouse. I just got to look at this as a warmup gig. No fucking way can they play these songs again at Yankee Stadium

I still wanted some more Worship Music songs, and less Got the Time and Antisocial, though I think it was funny to see Rob do some dancing during Got the Time, great to see him have some actual stage presence for once! They're kicking ass right now, but Joey doesn't seem to be sounding his best right now.

As for the clinic, it was really cool to see some focus on Frankie! That man is a great singer as well as a kick ass bass player!

I think Joey is saving his voice for Wednesday no doubt. He's holding back on Metal Thrashing Mad on purpose. Or could be he hurt his voice.. it's common with that kind of singing and takes few days or weeks to recover.

In other news, apparently Megadeth might drop out of the show Wednesday because Dave's injured. So that also leaves the option of Dave just singing and have people fill in. I wonder if Scott & Rob would help?

No more Worship Music songs; Joey's not comfortable doing them yet as they're hard on his voice. He said he's ready to do Crawl, but no one else really wants to.

I wouldn't count on many new songs until they do the headlining tour with Testament. They get 40 minutes at the big 4 and will probably do this exact set list or maybe add I am the Law or AIR.
