say something about what the forumer above you is listening to

My friend in guitar tech. last year played that EVERY day, or at least the intro.

Cacophony - The Ninja

Loves me some Trouble.

Been plowing through some jam bootlegs lately. A lot of Phil Lesh and Friends, some 70's dead, and a few Mules. I've always loved the Jammy music, it's just fun to listen to. Although, I tend to get strange looks when I wear a mule or a ratdog shirt to a black metal show :/

Granted, Mule isn't really that much of a jam band, they get "jammed" in that genre due to their set having jammy aspects and Warren Haynes personal associations. I think of them more of a general rock band.

Govt Mule - Child of the Earth (same show as above... still in set 1)

Haha... you know, if I could go back to the 70's and early 80's, I'd probably do it. Hearing the stories of the old man following the dead and various side projects, I think it'd of been a fun time. Nowadays the only jackasses who do that are fucking modern hippies. Can't stand those fuckers. Eat some god damn meat for fuck sake. Luckily the shows I've been too have a much older audience with me being the youngest person there by 30 years

Gov't Mule - To Love Somebody (same show, same set)

there was this guy I knew from high school, I'm talking next level dumb, almost brain dead, who dropped out of college to grow a beard and follow phish.

Dumb jock turned hippie is probably the worst kind of person in the world.

Also when ridiculed about the tattoo of an alligator he got on his foot one drunk weekend at the jersey shore, he would defend his ink with the argument "it's not an alligator, it's a crocodile" as if that fact would make the tattoo any less vapid and hilarious.

Oh man... the people who followed Phish were the worst. I liked their shows, but the fans? Fucking retards, all of them.

I heard Government Mule for the first time at a club my old band was playing. It was on the PA in between sets and our singer told me who it was and that he thought it was a weird choice to play between bands. I don't remember what it was like but I remember thinking it wasn't terrible.

Illdisposed - Psychic Cyclus

Band fucking kills... vocals are soooooo good. His lows are some of the best I've ever heard.
