Karen, I know what you mean. Got the same issues at my job, our president likes to micro manage but then not keep up with the projects he decides he is going to personally work on. Our new catalog is waaaaaay behind because he failed to do anything. Several of us began without him, now he wants to totally change the concept of the catalogs/adverts for the year. Catalog is due.......oh in March. No cover, no product shots, no ad copy=massive failure. lol

Just bought this phone AGAIN for my prepaid account.
I think I may have accidentally thrown mine away during the process of moving into the new room, cuz I can't find it anywhere. I figure that I simply will or will not be able to keep my Metro PCS service for more than a few months, so I may as well keep my prepaid phone to my liking. Right now I have my sim card in a Nokia 6030 and it's the most boring thing ever. The only reason I've kept that one is because I could not access T-Mobile's free interwebs on the 6610i I had before, but then again it was a British model.

Got my phone and it's purrrdy. Of course, the T-Zones shitz did not work on it. But then I like, read on some forum, how to like, download some kind of settings or something from like, the Nokia website, so I tried it and like...IT WORKS NOW. Yus! T-Zones is just nice to have because you can manage your account from it and browse certain websites fo' freeee.

I just hate being at a work place where I don't feel like I'm on top of things. I hate to be one of those employees who come in - are told to do a certain thing, do their work, and leave.
I like to know everything on a project I work on, I always like to know the next step, when is the next dead line, what is the client's expectations, EVERYTHING.
I'm just that type of person. I can't stand being at my job and not 'know it all' or not be on top of things.
I just hate feeling like a small-minded employee who come in, do their work for the day and leave.
I like to be a part of the process and know everything about the project I work on.
Call me crazy, but I think if an employee is enthusiastic about knowing more, and interested in being a part of everything- it's a good thing?
At a meeting today, I expressed my thoughts about that matter, and while my project manager was very happy and informed me he will arrange a meeting with me
to get me more involved and said he appreciates my work, my cunt boss sits there, rolls her eyes at me and says nothing.
Now she called me to her cube and told me the meeting with Chris (project manager) is canceled and that I should just focus on my work for today.
WTF.
God I hate this place. One day I get a chunky bonus for doing an excellent job, the next I get dissed for wanting to do a better job.
Amazing.

Sounds like the boss lady has some serious problems. She could be afraid of having an employee around who might do a better job than her and she could then possibly be replaced.
