So when I got a paycheck today and there was over $200 taken out for "miscellaneous deductions." I called a higher-up at the factory who said she'd pull the payroll records to see what happened, but she's certainly taking her sweet fucking time to call me back.

Meet Albert Fish, ruler of the bathroom. Yes his tank is in front of the mirror, but the tank is angled so that he can't see his refection.
I swear, when I picked him out, he was just a white and blue fish. All that red and pink just showed up after I got him home.
Hate to use the flash on fish, but it brings out the colors so nicely.

So the lady finally called me back. We get to take clothes from the store every month, and they just deduct the price of making the garment (without markup) from our paychecks, which for me usually ends up at about $50. But last month I took a shirt that was made by another company, so the cost was about $160, and of course I wouldn't have taken the shirt if I had known how expensive it was. But the reason they even let me have it in the first place was that it's been sitting at the store not being sold for years, so they're either going to refund part of the money or give me some free picks next month.
