Hello. I am an opeth fan and I know that Martin Lopez was in Amon Amarth before signing to opeth. I have listened to Opeth for years since like 2003. I have not always been into metal, more of a prog rock kind of guy. Are Amon Amarth Black metal or death metal? How do they sound overall? Thanks.

You should go over to the Opeth forum, they act like Opeth are gods in their own leauge and all other music is second rate.
