Scarlett 2i4 Clipping

Both files does not have clipping from interface. Don`t see any problem at all. And not a sign of internal pickup clipping (or don`t see such).

That's weird because when I read the meter, they pass the supposed clipping point. The orange appears at the top of the track meter which I will assume means its clipping. Or it gets close to it at least. I did some trouble shooting online and some say they've had problems with Reaper's meters as well. Ill look up some more info to check this out.

Did you try right-clicking the master meter and looking at the settings? My copy of Reaper came with a built-in +12 db option turned on for K-metering. Super retarded, but it confused me forever too.

edit: also the track meters are peak not RMS! You should be paying attention to the yellow master RMS meters, not the track meters, for DI level purposes.

I right clicked and the settings are this:
Window Size - 500 ms
Display Offset - 12 dB
Display Gain - 3 dB
Red Threshold - 4 dB

Why bothering with RMS level? Just set max peak level -2/-3 dbFS (or below to -6 dbFS) and you are done. High RMS with such settings will mean (active) pickup too close to strings or weak picking.
For typical passive pickup crest factor (relation of peak to RMS level) should be around 18-20 db (and even more), so, even at 0 dbFS peak level, RMS will be -18 etc. Actives have smaller crest factor.

Just did. The Blue hits around the 6 and the green around the 18, which ill assume are the negatives. Well that helped. This was killing me all week! Thanks everyone.

I had this problem with two scarlett interfaces and in my primitve experience the only solution I found was to use a Countryman 85 DI box and go line-in. Like some others mentioned. Ok I read it now it sounds like the OP is doing this.
