Screensaver Problem

I just got the special edition Divine Wings CD in the mail and my computer won't let me download the screensaver. Does anyone know how I can still get it?

I got almost the same problem;
When I open the extended content on twilight in olympus or the divine wings of tragedy, explorer suddenly stops answering, and i have to quit everything who has to do with explorer.(I got the limited edition cd´s)

I haven´t tested symphony x or the damnation game, but I am auming they don´t work either
