I haven't had Salmon yet, but I hear good things... I'd like to have some of this Norwegian fish.

From New England and no salmon? Wowy.

Well, besides in smoked form I dunno how easy its gona be to find Norwegian salmon in the USA? Smoke salmon is fucking AWSOME though. But so are salmon steaks, which I think are usually from Alaska? Or farmed of course, which is still yummy.

crawfish are sooo good.

I really don't like them in gumbo's or etoufee's or those other whatnots, I just like 'em whole, eating them like little lobsters

I used to dig 'em up out the streams near my house, but they were nowhere near as big and awesome as ones from such places as louisiana

Hahaha me and my IRC friends are just laughing at how Marksveld has never even TASTED salmon? How on earth is that even POSSIBLE? Seems so utterly foreign to someone from Scandinavia... I had salmon for dinner today, so did friend #1, and friend #2 had salmon for dinner yesterday
