Serenity Cancels PP USA IX Appearance

Pharaoh would kick plenty of ass.

Hammers of Misfortune would bring the place down.

Slough Feg would be great and would be well received.

MINDFLOW were my first thought... sent them another e-mail just to make sure

My other thoughts:
PRYMARY
HUBI MEISEL
COLDERA
TRIAL OF MURDERS (Urban Breed's new band!)
MEYVN
SIX MINUTE CENTURY
DENDURA
WASTEFALL

Bands I thought of but somehow I think something might prevent it:
Outworld
Dark Empire

Bands that ran through my mind but aren't openers:
Avian
Jag Panzer
Falconer

Cloudscape. A band that is way overdue to play PP and one with a new album coming out shortly before the festival.

Crystallion. Not enough happy in this lineup and an amazing debut album.

Leverage. We haven't had this type of band since PC 69, and Leverage is so good even some of the more hardcore metalheads are digging them.

Pardon my French, but

I WOULD FUCKING LOVE TO SEE FALCONER

I am hoping Glenn gives me the opportunity to some day.

They were the first band to come to mind (Mob Rules and Nocturnal Rites right after them). I don't think any of them fit in the opening slot. All would likely be a 2nd or 3rd in a typical Glenn lineup.

Steve in Philly

Falconer
Anubis gate
Beyond Twilight
The Foreshadowing

^^^ these bands are probably all above the slot 1 category but i dont care who plays what slot to be honest!

two others that definitely fit in the one slot
Tears of Anger
Ride the Sky

returners i wouldnt mind seeing:
vision divine
krucible

It has been a while since the ProgPower stage has been graced by our friends from the South...South America that is...

the Brazilian sensation: AQUARIA!!!

Other suggestions:

Saint Deamon
Emerald Sun
To-Mera
Seventh Wonder
Leverage
Midnattsol

...and it certainly wouldn't be ProgPower USA without a Lance King performance...this time with Shining Star

I would like to see Dark Empire or Galynerus take Serenity's place, maybe Leaves' Eyes or Excalion.
