Also there is nothing interesting about a serial killer who kills 2 or three prostitutes, seriously wtf.

Killing prostitutes is such a common MO that killers who target them can't be considered unique and thus their psyches are not terrible interesting in the way that those with really unique MOs are.

I also have a certain morbid interest in the levels of cruelty humans are capable of displaying towards each other.

I have to admit that there are some movies and shows involving serial killers (real and fictional) that I enjoy, though it's usually because of moral questions or social commentary it has to offer. Off the top of my head, The Silence of The Lambs, Natural Born Killers, Zodiac, and the show Dexter (which somebody mentioned earlier) are all favorites of mine.

That's what I meant to say. Silence of the Lambs is one of my favorite movies, but not necessarily because of the primary subject matter, but the brilliant way in which it's portrayed.

The most interesting serial killers are the ones that have a mystery about them. Unfortunately, not many do.
There was one I heard of who was described as looking like a zombie (possibly a lepper) who used to leave red roses randomly whenever he murdered someone. That's more interesting than killing a prostitute. All prostitutes deserve to die. And all men that go to them. I can't stand moral-less fucking behaviour.

Obviously all your reading on this subject has granted you real insight. Necrophilia, cannibalism, rape, torture, attempting to turn his victims into zombies by drilling holes in their heads and pouring acid in them, keeping severed heads and genitals as mementos and building a shrine of skulls and body parts, these are all the actions of someone who was merely "misguided".

I'm interested in psychology and related stuff and I do find the subject of serial killers rather interesting. I used to watch shows like Cold Case Files etc.

I still watch Cold Case Files. American Justice, too. shame what happened to City Confidential, that was an ace show.

So trafficking of very young woman (legal in many countries) and little kids for prostitution and enslavement and physical abuse is harmless? That is one of the roads that prostitution leads to in every country.
