Seventh Wonder - Winter Storm Logo's

Do you guys see any resemblance as well? I stumbled upon it browsing, and I don't want to accuse any of the bands of 'stealing'. I thought it was funny, and wanted to share it with you guys.

The band Winter Storm was apparently formed in 2008 so I think Seventh Wonder have the right's on their side if their should be a logo-related problem in the future..

I designed the logo for the "Become" album way back intending it to be a symbol as well as an abbreviation for the band; I am pleased to see that it still works today, because designers you know, are usually not happy with their work. The Winter Storm symbol doesn't really make sense, they just turned the "S" flat on its face which makes it unbalanced...
