Yeah, the Michael Bormann stuff definitely doesn't, the last album was definitely moving in more of a standard melodic, almost power-ish direction though. I think this is a case like Pink Cream 69. Though the band is not prog or power specifically, they have enough appeal to enough fans of this sort of music to have the support.

I meant no disrespect Bobby, never heard the band, never heard of the band, and had no clue you were in it. I know I don't like the other 3 mentioned in that first post... i'll definitely give you guys a listen though.

After seeing a thread about the new House of Lords album, I would not actually mind seeing House of Lords either in the Showcase or even in ProgPower itself.

Compared to what has been mentioned so far, I think it has the best chance. For the showcase, I think the band has to be fairly successful and widely known, i.e. Helloween and Primal Fear. I think Pain of Salvation fits the bill. So does Saxon, but the problem with Saxon is that despite them being very undergound in the US and that they hardly tour, they would cost a shitload to get. With that being said though, they're my number one band I've yet to see that I feel I have to see before I die. So please book Saxon.
