Fuck, this song is really helpful when you're trying to learn German! Lots of interesting words here for me to learn.

You can find it at the Viking Edition. It's a remake of Victorious March, only it's in German.

Also, I'll be going to Germany next summer over a 6 weeks period to learn the language better haha this will rule.

The lyrics to this song are, unlike many other songs written in german by non german bands, almost faultless!

(Nonetheless, i'd have it rather called "Siegesmarsch" instead of "Siegreicher Marsch", but whatever)

in my opinion, the song "siegreicher marsch" has its own ass-kicking spirit, for german (and german speaking people of course) it's cool 'cause it comes from a non-german band and so it's even more fun to sing it along when AA plays it live..

for me there is no way to compare the english and the german version, both have it's thing turning in the ears up and down and up and down... you know what i mean, i hope :)

That song is fucking great ;)
I hope for more songs by Amon Amarth in German.

It's really cool to hear the "Viking Spirit" in German :D

"Zehn schwere Stiefel
über Grund blutgetränkt
Im Gleichschritt marschieren
Diese fünf Krieger

Es ist Ihnen gleich
Wie sehr Ihre Wunden
Von feindlichen Schwertern geschlagen
Bis auf die Knochen schmerzen

Die herbeigesehnte Rache
Begangen in Blut
Keine Gnade gezeigt
Keine Gnade gezeigt" ... and so on

But I'd like to know if Johan really speaks German that good or if it's "just" translated and learned by heart.

PS: Sorry for such a late response ;)
