What is your favorite Metallica song? Mine is Fade To Black. It is well written, emotional, and depressing. Whenever I'm really depressed I listen to it and I feel a little better.

I don't mean to be a jerk here, but Symphony Of Destruction is a Megadeth song, and not a Metallica song. Good song though. I understand how you can get the two bands mixed up if you aren't really a big fan of either.

Huh? Anyways, I was sick of all of the St. Anger threads as well. I was just posessed to start that thread at the spur of the moment becuase I was sitting there feeling extremely depressed listening to Fade To Black (a song about suicide) and it was making me feel better. It's definitely one of my favorite songs by any band.
