Day 4. Zero reaction!
Money gone, software not working, so-called support didn´t answer to any of my mails.

Why dont you give them a call?, also check your junk mail. They answer me 3 days after I sent them an email but my problem was already solved by them. Their answer was pretty good(I had a problem downloading so they told me they would extend my download period until I got all the files)

Give them a call, I'm sure they'll give you a solution

I´m from Germany and no there was no mail from them.
Mr Slate said he would "expedite the process"....but.....

i have the same problem as madhu and i cannot unzip the wav folders. the database is okay and the sample folder is created but i always have to click the search database button to find the samples.
any solution?

edit: just got an answer from the support. i have to download it all again....
