when you tried to click which link? how long ago was this? i'm looking at the server now and its in the green zone which means it shouldn't be doing anything fishy.. keep emailing us with as much detail as possible if you have problems.

hmmm.... I only got an email from Yellow Matter Entertainment with the receipt but no lik to download it, I have been trying since yesterday, no joy.

Are you guys getting a link for download within that email?

I bought the EX pack yesterday, I got the receipt and links. My link was in the 'description' section of the receipt. It might be different for you. I then got the links for the different expansion packs with no trouble

Interesting, my hasn't got a link over the description... I'm only getting a link to the LE to PLAT page...

Strange. I'd say send him an email. They seem to have fantastic support from what I've seen.

Got the LE -> Plat Update yesterday.
My problem is, that I can't activate it inside the Service Center with my LE DAFS#.

Am I doing something wrong or do I have to use another DAFS#?

Already emailed the support, but I think I they'll read the mail on monday first.

So maybe one of you guys got an advice for me.

They'll send you details and passcode via email I was having the same problem, now I'm having a different one, but that's another story...

you need to use the new Platinum serial number to register Platinum

I didn't get a new serial. Just the pass to download the files.
But I already mailed the support (twice since Friday, but theres 8-9 hours timeshift). So I wait, what your support team is telling me.
