This stuff is pathetic, and I just hate how bands, or in fact any large figure assumes a facade just to make money, then claim their music to be original, unique, representing themselves. It just shows how false the music industry can be- even if it is one of the greatest forces to attract mankind.

Well yeah, because it's no longer about being themselves, like scandinavian and extreme metal bands who use the icon of satanism so they can overpower the cohorts of christianity, or other opposing threats. They aren't actually satanists, so their true image remains unseen and it is not their music, it's the product of a false reality

I'm surprised by the lack of Slayer love. Yes they've seen better days, but Slayer live is an audible and visual orgasm and the pits are INCREDIBLY fun (second only to Municipal Waste). I'm not sure about a stadium tour though...

and Manson had his moments. He hasn't put out an album worth a damn since Holy Wood, but this could be an interesting show. I'm looking forward to it

Eternal Alchemist: Wow, you are completely right! Hearing the names Marilyn Manson and Slayer touring together did attract me...big time. It's like the most commercial thing ever. I mean both their images put together sounds like good stage shows and "satanic" but too bad their music isn't as good as it LOOKS.

Yup, Slipknot suck big time. They're just a bunch of clowns running around on stage banging trashcans but it's all a matter of opinion. One of my friends keep comparing Slipknot with Bodom(AYDY) and they say Slipknot is alwayz better and i can't understand why.
