Well yeah, because it's no longer about being themselves, like scandinavian and extreme metal bands who use the icon of satanism so they can overpower the cohorts of christianity, or other opposing threats. They aren't actually satanists, so their true image remains unseen and it is not their music, it's the product of a false reality

and THAT is what makes metal such a great genre.

No dude... See I did that for In Flames... I liked In Flames, but I hated Lacuna Coil... so I went for IF and yeh, it was the worst concert I EVER went to...
