Good work! I wouldn't keep the drums as natural though. Maybe I'm just used to hearing sampled drums in prog-rock, but I think sample augmentation sounds more appropriate to this style of music. It's either that, or the ampsim (which sounds excellent btw) not gelling so well with the natural drums due to not having a cab pushing actual air on record.

Regardless, keep the awesome jazzy music flowin'!
