i don't smoke and don't care to, but hey now....that's a little lame....this probably won't last very long....i mean hey!!! how can i go into the hard rock cafe not expecting to be surrounded by cigarette smoke....or bennigans...or humperdinks.....sheesh:bah:....oh well, until the mayor of dallas gets some sense beat into her i guess that means more business for irving!

yeah I dont smoke either (other than occasional cloves :p ) but I think going into bars/restuarants without that smokey atmosphere would just be odd!

aren't New York and California the same way?

haha... yeah they're great for the taste. But hard on the lungs so I only smoke them now and then , like in the summer and fall.

(and I meant only things I smoke in public :Smokin: )

tHIS HAPPENED here in TOronto, still goING on.
Old people got mighty pissed.....had no doughnut shops to hang out at.

Here in AZ, city's are banning smoking in public place, on city after another. I live in PHX but mainly hang out in Tempe, and at a popular Bar/Billiards place I hang out at is now a "non-smoking facility". And now it's basically a dead hang-out. Atleast theres nvr a wait for a pool table, lol.

chicken bone? what the fuck am i supposed to do with a cicken bone? perform voodoo rituals or some shit? you should give me some penutbutter cups or somthing. those things are the shit.

Fuck you, those peanut butter cups are MINE!!

Smokers need some place to be able to do their thing...the world's getting too PC. I hate cigarettes, but everyone has the right to subject themself to a slow painful death and feed the evil tobacco machine if they want to. Non-smoking designations should be strictly voluntary after a certain percentage of clubs have adopted or been forced to adopt that rule; alternately, divide clubs into smoking and non-smoking sections and place fans blowing upwind in the smoking section. They can come out and join the cancer-free people when they're done.

but thats just the thing. they'r enot just subjecting themselves to the smoke, but everyone else around them. if you just quickly walk through a cloud of smoke your clothes are saturated. every time i go to a concert i come home smelling like ciggerettes and other peoples BO.

no talking would be very nice. for the majority.

as for smoking, here in Croatia, for instance, there is practically no place where smoking is not allowed. in some restaurants/cafeterias there are separeted areas, but they are separeted only but air. LOL I mean, a person who sits in the non-smoking corner surely gets some smoke coming from the 5 meters distance.

and here you can be 12, or 15 or 18 or 92 to buy liquor at the store.

now they only became strict (yeah-right) with selling cigarettes, not to people that are younger than 18 (yeah-right again, they don't!).
