just came back from playing in the snow with the MINI ... dusted a few Lincoln TownCars ... some BMW's and basically every other rear wheel drive heavy car ... We are well past 12 inches in NYC.

Wind Guage over here reads gusts at 47 mph currently. We lost an old tree in the back yard yesterday and theres spotty power outages from downed lines in the area apparently.

just stopped here in NYC ... looks liek shoveing time for me. The fucking Sanitation trucks buried my car in ... can barely see it. If I don't get a heart attack shoveling, I am going to a parkign lot and do some doughnuts.

I obviously got the same amount of snowfall as lurch, but I have a driveway so my car didn't get buried in by the big ploughs. I dug, dug, dug today, but my friendly neighbo(u)r was kind enough to plough my sidewalk with his snow blower. I saw people skidding all over the place -- good thing I have 4WD!
