FMD I just spent 2 hours replacing 4 tap washers in what should have been a 20 min job. The taps the builder put in this place are fucking stupid and the tap handles are a fucking joke to remove. They come off from under the tap with a specialist spanner called and Anti Vandal spanner. It's only a $2 tool, but it's a shit tool and if the brass nut seizes in the handle, like it did on 3 out of 4 of mine, the tool bends.

I'm actually considering replacing the taps so that I don't have the same issue again. It's a bit of a PITA paying $60 for a tap set to make changing the washers easier but I just can't be bothered screwing around with things these days.
