Some bands are, but many, especially those with labels, offer CD, cassette and vinyl, although like most labels there is a massive wait on vinyl. You need to go to the main album page, not just the song and usually it will tell you the options below the track listing etc. Some bands offer good discounts, some offer shirts or stickers. It really depends on the band.

Very cool. I use Paypal a lot. I don't think I can get away without high shipping anymore. I had a $25 Amazon gift card. I picked out A Lesson In Violence, The Haunted and Murphy. All pretty cheap discs. The charge was double that because of shipping. All in the US too.
