So.. if Jorn does ONE cover...

I hope that singer/keyboardist didn't reproduce!!! :erk: If he made no contribution to the song, it would have kicked ass though! Don't get me wrong, I love absurdist humor (i.e. Monty Python), but I guess my beer buzz wore off before I saw that one!

That song used to get quite a bit of airplay back in the 80's.

uhhh....try the 70's. These guys were one of the original prog rock fusion pioneers. Jan Akkerman was one of the first speed demons on axe...

I'll bet a lot of our present European favorites were fans of his....

Or maybe this is more up Freak Kitchen's ally?

Jorn already have some covers in his solo albums, being the most recently a very good cover of Thin Lizzy 'Are you Ready?', and if he plays that one I'll be totally happy.

Of course if he adds 'The Day The Earth Caught Fire' I'm going to die of an orgasm :notworthy

Yeah, this City Boy cover is amazing!!

I also like Jorn's cover of Journey's Edge of the Blade.

Man I'd love to hear a Journey tune as well... love that song! Glenn any chance you get Steve Perry as a surprise guest? :goggly:

If Jorn pulls out any "really obscure" song i would want it to be something people would'nt neccessarily exspect at a hardrock concert. Something like September Tears off THE SNAKES album. I mean, hell it's gonna be late late night for Jorns show so he should be able to pull off some "solomn" moments. You know, draw the crowd in with a beautiful song. Jorn is sooo much more than just metal. I hope he gives us a peice of his softer side.

That would be most excellent if he pulled out a Snakes tune.

Labour of Love
Little Miss Happiness
Sacrificial Feelings
September Tears
...any would do.
