So so stuck and completely out of ammo. Serious help wanted!

I'm so stuck that i definetly cannot figure any way to improve this mix anymore. And There's 2 project's along coming to mix for and im feeling preeetty unconfident.

I'd apprecciate ANY help or point of direction from you to push or a tiniest little lift... I really feel balls out. Thx dudes.

I think the mix sounds great! The only thing I would change, and it's just personal preference, is the snare. It could use some body, and sounds a bit too mechanical at times.

Agree on the snare, its so fucking close though so just a slight slight touch of eq to fill it out more and you're set.

Btw. I've been listening sikth a LOT these days and have tried to obtain that certain mechanical but strong picture on this mix.

I like the older mix better. the drums seem to have more ambience (or at least the snare), which works in the songs favor, IMO.

That's actually good news, as i tried a "brighter" mix on the newer but it just ate up all the ambience and the feel of it. Any suggestions how to improve it anyways? I thought the snare and the guitars would need some treatment and the overall tightness? You guys got ideas?

Yeah, that's the conclusion. What have you been working on? At least haven't seen any updates here closely.

Mostly practicing with my band a lot and tweaking mixes. I did get a chance to record another song though so I'll post that I guess haha kind of forgot about it.
