Soilwork video.

Has anyone here seen the new Soilwork video? I must say it is suprisingly well produced for a metal video. I was expecting some half-assed production involving the band and some dude with a camcorder in their basement (like so many metal videos made in the past)... I'm glad I was wrong.

Anyway, I strongly recommend you guys d/load it... it's 50mb, but if you like Soilwork, or would like to see a real metal band in a good video, you won't regret it.

i've been waiting for a video for a while now.
damn, but its downloading disgustingly slow on my cable which usualy goes anywhere from 50 to 100 or higher k/s.

the song is, As We Speak. the video was pretty wierd, and very pointless. what the hell was that random guy about, just standing there with that stupid face staring at them? there should have been a story interlaced with the vid, and misanthrope is right about there being too many shots of the band. but it was a good vid nonetheless, thanks.

wow!! I didn't hear anything from the new Soilwork until I watched the video a minute ago...the song rocked!!! If the other songs are up to that standard quality-wise then Soilwork has to be one of the best bands at the moment!! I hope I've got enough money left to buy NBC

But that singer sucks IMHO, he can do some clean vocals, but growl he can't. That was somewhat best he can do and that was below average growling. When I saw their live video, it was something so terrible! That wasn't even growling, he can't do even those pathetic growls live... thats my honest opinion, but someone might even like those vocals, but not me...

Not true, Listen to the first track follow the hollow, he does some growlins as good as your average Åkerfeldts or Swäno's. He will not win any award in any of his vocals but the fact that he is top of the line on clean, high screams, and growls gives him points enough making him a damn fucking great vocalist. People wet themselves about stupid talentless fucks like Anders Friden, and he is obiously superior.

Yeah I didn't think the video had much of a point, but I'd rather see the band playing the song than having some retarded ass story going on.. like a cheesy Nickleback video.

Also, at least it's well made and doesn't make the band look like idiots... like In Flame's pinball map... I hate that video... drumming on trees?! WTF were they thinking!?!

Anyway I love Soilwork, everything about them kicks ass!! Strid has a great voice.

Baa nonesense. Soilwork is a band that fucking deserves mainstream money cause they still sound amazing to me, very mature sound, they dont sacrifice other elements. I rather see soilwork as the next mtv discovered numetal band than lets say...inflames.

I think it would be rather cool if Soilwork did make it on MTV; they are quite capable of it. As long as they kept their style...
They'd certainly blow away all of that other nu-metal tripe.
