There's a huge difference between the low end ones and the more expensive ones. The budget warlocks are pretty crappy to be honest in my experience, but the Warlock II is pretty bitchin.

The guitar you see in the videos is a stock seven-string Platinum Series warlock ($350 on eBay) with an EMG707. I also stripped the paint off and stained it cherry.

I've still got a shitty starter guitar, but every time I try one, I've been leaning towards the Jackson MG series. Matter of prefference, but I definitely think they're some of the best upper-medium end guitars I've tried.
