Something wild vocals

wow fuck do you got the whole gig ?? thats a fuckin rare one isn't it?
and if yes UPLOAD IT PLEASE :)

I guess Alexi doesn't like SOmethig Wild as much as Are You Dead Yet cuz he likes the new sound better.

The other person that's singing is Henkka. He does all the back-up vocals.

I like Alexi's vocals in Something Wild... they're deeper and, along with the music, they create an atmosphere that I like a lot.
I think this is really a fantastic album, even though right now CoB probably don't like it anymore... but songs like "In the shadows", "Lake Bodom", "The nail", "Deadnight warrior" and "Touch like an Angel of Death" can't be forgotten, in my opinion... they'll be forever...

^Yeah, you can barely hear that his voice was very supple, and despite his youth I think Alexi managed and worked it well, though he has always said he doesn't consider himself a singer...
In my opinion this is a sort of humbleness too...and I think its a good thing... cause there aren't many persons who are humble, so far...
But then, me too: when somebody talks about Alexi Laiho, I myself think about him previously like a guitar-player, and he's also one of my favourite...

^ You love that album don't you ? :)

My God... yeah, I do love it! So damn good album... gloomy, aggressive, full of young energy....
Expecially the songs "In the shadows" and "Lake Bodom"... fantastic album!!
I also go crazy for Follow the Reaper album (expecially for "Mask of Sanity" and "Everytime I die")...
But my greatest love is Hatebreeder...and the homonymous song is my favourite song among all CoB songs.

I mean that Something Wild have the best vocal bodom ever had.

I think Alexi reached his peak as a singer in the album Follow The Reaper... but I think that he sang really damn well in Something Wild...
I keep saying this from days.... :p

I agree with this.

My favourite vocal performance is the middle part of Children of Decadence

"You wanna get closer and get a death of death?"

That part ANDDDD the single EP version of Hate Me! Fuck.

I heard that Alexi Laiho would have said that he doesn't like "In the shadows" anymore... it's a pity, cause I love that song... and now that I see that you like it to... I'm happier! I'm not alone... :)

Lol... i read that too, i think it was on Scythes of Bodom where he says it's his least favourite song, shame. :erk:

oh, and it was their first song they wrote aswell!

Really? You read it in Scythes Of Bodom? Hmmm.... I should go there and see, maybe...
But I'm really "sorry" that for them that song means nothing.... that song is very important, for me...
