Is anyone else really disappointed that Sonata Arctica isn't on this year's roster? Oh well, maybe next year...

Actually, a lot of people are disappointed. However, Glenn approached them, and for whatever reason it didn't work out. You can't ask for more than that . . .

Just to clarify, I never even got to a serious stage of negotiations with the band. Their management cut me off early on. I never recieved an explanation, but I assumed it had to do with the timetable for the new disc.

next year will be awesome, since it's an even number we know evergrey will headleine, symphx has a new one on the way, they will headline. Glenn already said he might have Nightwish on the way for next year unless i misunderstood him. Then maybe sonata arctica.DAMN!!!!!!!!!!

you guys are forgetting, there's already about 3 bands that are so-called "confirmed" for next year... 1 obvious and 2 "mentioned" from Glenn -the Man- himself.

The other headliner should be King Crimson, any less would be an insult. If not them Sonata Artctica!!!!
