Yeah this is really, really sad. And I like Lou Reed. It would make me cry if I cared about Metallica which I do not at all.

Otherwise, I don't tear up on any music, just feel sad/melancholic if that's the case.

Pretty much everything by DCD has the power to induce tears. The Host of Seraphim hits hard.

Alcest- Sur L'ocean couluer de fer is a very sad song. Can defintely rock the emotions of many. I love alcest for they bring a whole new look to shoegaze and relaxing music. While most of thier songs have a cool depressing black metal vibe to it.
