Sound card with 2x spdif?

Right now I have the fireface 800 and dont really have the need for the 4 preamps so looking to downgrade at least in inputs and outputs
Can anyone suggest a sound card for me that might have:
1. 1or2 non colored analog inputs for my great river pre
2. 2 spdif connections (one for my kemper and one for hopefully the vms from slate coming soon)
3. 2 outputs for monitors
4. a monitor controller built in
5. headphone output

There is only one interface, that I know of, which offers 1x S/PDIF I/O and 1x AES/EBU I/O (can function as an 2nd pair of S/PDIF I/O) and that is MOTU 896mk3 Hybrid.
