Where might there be some links to info if anyone knows please?

Cheerz.

I got this E-mail from Danny last weak some time...hope this helps you out a bit.......

David,

What a wonderful email to recieve!

Down to the bottom of my heart it went. Thank you for your kind words.

I have not played a note of music for almost seven years until now. We started an album about six months ago. The band contains Nicko McBrain the drummer for Iron Maiden, Dave Elefson the bass player from Megadeth and Myself on seven and six string guitars. Drums and Guitars are already complete in the recording studio and now it is Dave's turn after the holiday's.

Be prepared for some wonderful heavy music and a tour very shortly.

I wish you and your close ones a very happy and healthy Holiday's,

All my best,
Daniel Spitz

hmm. would be interesting to hear.
what is the link between the members: they're all born again christians, right?!
so i wonder who is writing the music seeing as danny and nicko never wrote any music with their bands...

is this album gonna be about god , watches and hating anthrax??? maybe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! check this out:

Former MEGADETH Bassist Joins Forces With Ex-ANTHRAX Guitarist, IRON MAIDEN Drummer In New Band - Dec. 27, 2002

Former MEGADETH bassist David Ellefson has reportedly joined the new project formed by ex-ANTHRAX guitarist Dan Spitz and IRON MAIDEN drummer Nicko McBrain.

The as-yet-unnamed group, who are said to follow an "extremely heavy" musical direction, commenced the recording sessions for their debut album six months ago and have thus far completed the drums and guitars for the effort, with Ellefson set to record the bass tracks early next year. It is presently unclear who will handle the vocal duties in the band, which is not yet believed to have secured a record deal. No further information is available at this time.

I hate to say it but I do wish these guys the best. Dan never struck me as the brightest peanut in the tird but people can change. Nicko and Dave fuckin rule.

i would certainly like to hear this album if it ever sees the light of day.

belladonna would be there best bet for singer but he has his own agenda too, when dan was at his best he was up there with the mighty dimebag in the chops dept so i have alot of respect for him.

its not that i have a fetish, i just LOVE ANTHRAX new and old you know what i mean... I just let Danny know i really love his style and miss it,,you have to admit it was great to here his solos on the old shit...and for the record(like anyone cares) I have met or talked to every member of anthrax past and present!!! i think that is so cool...but thats just me...The Anthrax Dork From Indiana..David Erickson....and been on there bus, and been on stage, and sang a part of a song with John!!! so cool so cool!!!lol and I am on the S.O.D. DVD..lol

If danny never wrote anything for anthrax, how is it he played all those solos? Ive never heard charlie write anything close to the way he played... I think he did write the solos.

who- you mean you think danny wrote all his own solos?
i always thought so too.
didn't charlie write the songs then danny came in and did his leads on his own???
who knows...

thats what im guessing, i know charlie wrote most of the music, but it seems like danny had a certain style of soloing (he liked scales, and running up and down them at blistering speed)

dan wrote all the leads until sown album where going by what anthrax members and even dan himself said wasn't enjoying the guitar as much!

u can tell on sown that his solos are very lacklustre compared to his previous efforts, charlie actually helped him out on most of the solos for that record, not that they are bad solos but u can tell they are not his usual style.
