Never heard of these guys, but they made the album sound cool.

Just let these guys replace Metallica and let the original members retire. I would've bought this album instead of St. Anger when it came out.
 
Shitty riffs with a good production are still shitty riffs...

They're not bad, they're just played sloppy as hell. The riffs on St. Anger are a shit ton better than the riffs on Death Magnetic, it's just they tried to be a poor man's Entombed and failed miserably when SA came out.
 
Well don't forget, one guy played all 4 instruments. He should stick to one.
 
That's pretty damn good. The vocalist isn't bad either, although he sounds more like a cross between Hetfield and Tom Araya to me. Which just means they could probably do Slayer justice too if they cared.

The production on that is pretty good too, although maybe a little too clean. I want to hear them redo And Justice For All... with audible bass.
