also, what frequency is guitar "honkiness" usually at? I'll see if I can get it out

i would say around 400--700 Hz cut 3db for the guitars

I just bounced this, changed the bass slightly- swapped in sansamp plugin for bass dist. Guitars I lp'd down to 6 khz 2nd order.
