Static/Distorted DI's

So my Saffire Pro 40 just started having this problem where my DI's sound like this.

I've had the unit for a bit over a year and it's worked perfect up until this past week.

Active pickups; dead battery?

it's kind of quiet, but it really effects my amp sims, especially any long chugs.

I've tried 3 different guitars, and 2 different cables all with the same problem so i'm pretty sure it's the interface.

Is it an electrical issue maybe? Something (transformer?) outside your home/studio? Wiring inside your home/studio?

I'm not sure, didn't even think about that. I'll have to try it in a different room/house and see if it still has the same problem.

Maybe interference with the computer monitor? I know my 81's pick-up audible noise from my monitor if I'm facing towards it.

I just routed input 1 to go straight to my outputs, and I didn't hear the static. I'm pretty sure my problem has something to do with Cubase. Anyone have any idea as to what might be causing it?

Hmm...too small of a buffer size?

Have you power cycled anything since the problem occurred? Mainly the interface? Also, try disabling/enabling it.
