The way I would do it is have tech death drumming and tech death riffs with power metal riffs (or keyboard) on top. And the vocals would be harsh singing.

Well, the majority of tech death sucks, so mixing it with something like power metal would make it suck even more (even though I like power metal)

Kiuas are known for blending the musical styles of black and death metal with power metal. It's power metal vocals (for the most part), but death/black metal guitar lines and blast beats.
