looks like it may have been a foreign TV broadcast. It also appears to be a few years old, seeing as it is Jari playing bass and not Lauri.

Definitely a TV broadcast. It's not in their DVD - probably a feed or a video for a Finnish music channel during a Finn concert.

Yup, Finnish TV it is, national TV channel called YLE 2. The concert is from a summer festival called Raumanmeren juhannus from year 2004. Setlist for the TV broadcast is available at http://yle.fi/raumanmeri/strato_biisilista04.html (so they didn't broadcast the whole show and don't be confused the site header saying it's 2003, it's not.)
