Stratovarius records 1 or 2 good songs per album and the rest is boring IMO.

Episode and Visions were excellent throughout. Destiny was very good, but a little overblown at times. The rest of their albums are spotty, especially the most recent ones.

Kotipelto's solo albums have been better than recent Stratovarius, so that makes the reunion a bit of a dissapointment (we'll see if it lasts...).

I read about that today, and I'm not sure if I'm happy or not. Visions and Episode were killer albums, but the Elements albums were a real disappointment. I really hope they can put out something cool again.
