This is kind of irrelevant to everything, but hopefully someone can help me because it's driving me crazy.
I'm on an HP Pavilion with Windows 7, btw.
So, whenever I have Google Chrome or iTunes or something open and drag it to the top so it'll expand to the whole screen, it doesn't stop at the top of the taskbar like it should (or use to).
It either completely covers it or the bottom of the web page or whatever is transparent under it.
I want it so that the top of the taskbar is where the bottom of whatever I'm looking at stops there.
