Hi guys,

I just wanted to express my desire to see the X come to the UK during their upcoming tour. Never seen them live and they're on my list of bands I simply have to see.

What does everyone else think? Will they make the trip 'across the pond'?

Probably. I've seen them twice here so they know we exist and they can draw a crowd ;)

Here's hoping we get them with DT as part of the Systematic Chaos tour - DT's website announced only the "First batch of European Fall tour dates" so there may be more, including the UK.

Yeah, it's cool that we get to see them both live at the same time.

Still, if I could choose, I just might take Symphony X's own gig instead :p
Not sure though.

symphony x supporting dream theater though, we're talking 45 mins symphony x and 3 hours dream theater. id prefer to see it the other way round if im honest.

Dream Theater will not play for three hours. They have never played that long when they've toured with another band. Also, I'm sure Symphony X won't be the only openers. I'd put DT's set at around 1.5 to 2 hours.
