TAB Thread.

That has nothing to do with your playing skills. You don't have to tab a song from the albums, you just have to play a few chords. Use the tab for this song to find out the basic notes you need for your chords. It starts with db then e - c - d and so on...

haha seriously. you're like teasing the poor guy. I remember when I tried to figure out those chords a long time ago, I couldn't really do it....cuz I couldn't figure out if it was played 1/2 step down or a full step down (D standard)

No, could you send it to me via pm?

I've re-tabbed the complete tab. Now it should be MUCH better than my first one but I've missed some parts... I was to lazy to tab the keyboard solo, I haven't got the lead guitar in the first interlude and some harmonics could be wrong cause I tabbed all with my acoustic guitar...

Uh, for some reason I've changed the time in bar 55 into 3/4... don't know why. Should be also 4/4...

I did the Guitar solo a while back, so I know it is right :p

I honestly don't remember if I corrected the keyboard solo from an existing tab but this one sound accurate, as far as I can tell...

Could you plz convert the files into .gp4 files? I can'topen them.

Btw. haven't listened to the files yet - ha - but does anybody have the tab from the instructional dvd 2? Or any other tabs from the two instructional dvd except those which are already online?

Your key solo sounds pretty good, but in both files the rythm guitars are wrong and I think that my guitar solo is more accurate - except the beginning (don't know this part). You have a few mistakes in it cause of your wrong rythm guitars and a few other notes seems to be wrong too, but I will copy the keyboard solo into my tab.

You can easily proof the guitar solo when you use the rockhouse BT for the rythm guitars. And I've slowed the solo 20% down and the last tapping part and this pciking thing at the end at -35% so it was also really easy to figure the right notes out....

I only did the solos, not the rythms, so I am not responsible for that. Your solo is full of wrong bends and some wrong fingering/positioning.

Plus, those Rockhouse tabs won't be the same as how it is played on the record.

Whatever. The BT for next in line is the same as the studio recording. And you can't really say that my finger positins are partly wrong cause we both haven't seen how Alexi plays it and it's pretty easy for me to play it that way. Let's wait until I got the DVD then we know more.

I've noticed when watching carefully Janne uses E at a lot of places on Blooddrunk.. For example the very first note of TMR, or the Hate Me-style part before the last chorus on Hellhounds.. is it because he tunes his keyboard 2 steps down?

Can't remember where but I've seen. He plays a lot of different stuff in general than what tabs say, even tho they should sound exactly the same. (Or maybe it just seems like it because he tends to be 'lazy' and just play with his right hand, not taking backing notes, I saw this particularly when he played the chorus parts of Hellhounds.. maybe that's because the sound could get messy live if he played "bass notes.")

I meant E note. Obviously it's 2 steps up from D, right
