Tabbing the Ending Credits bass...

I really want to know the proper way of playing the first bass riff in Ending Credits. I teamed up with a friend and tabbed as much as you see in the 2 linked files up there... if somebody could take the time to do the last bar or whatever, or correct our mistakes I would be grateful.
