SSL released this free Plug a few years ago its the SSL Listen Mic Compressor
its a model of an old SSL compressor that they used to use for talkback,
but I have had some real good results with it in the past for a trashy/saturated sounding parallel compression over drum buses.

I find it great for effected vocals, kind of a megaphone/ intercom type sound at extreme settings
