...and i'm not talking about bands like emperor or dissection. i'd like to listen to musicians that use corpse paint, talk about satanic lyrics and play the music with jazz/fusion elements, like cynic, gorguts and atheist.

not a fucking clue. the aesthetic of that stuff is sort of contrary to what I consider the black metal aesthetic of bleakness and simplicity. That said, I'm sure there's some. But Emperor's Prometheus is the most technical black metal I can think of.
 
childrengrinder, trust me that Deathspell Omega is the exact band you want based on your first post. I can't think of any others.
 
Ephel duath might fit the bill, or Abgott, not many bands playing this style really. Try Abogir as TheInsane suggested, I prefer their early albums though
