not a fucking clue. the aesthetic of that stuff is sort of contrary to what I consider the black metal aesthetic of bleakness and simplicity. That said, I'm sure there's some. But Emperor's Prometheus is the most technical black metal I can think of.

I think Abigors latest was very progressive and technical. I have however only listened to it once. I liked it but havent had time to go deeper into it but you should check it out.

Ephel duath might fit the bill, or Abgott, not many bands playing this style really. Try Abogir as TheInsane suggested, I prefer their early albums though
