I consider Borknagar to be technical; but not in the sense childrengrinder means, I think. They're definitely eccentric and technical in their chord progressions and vocal melodies.

I think Abigors latest was very progressive and technical. I have however only listened to it once. I liked it but havent had time to go deeper into it but you should check it out.

Hegemon is pretty technical for a black metal band. I don't think you'll find a black metal band that is very jazz influenced. Ordog (Scotland) are a bit jazzy sometimes, but not really technical.
