I'm not even sure why i asked, since my high-fidelity setup is a stereo pair of monitors, and not a 5.1 system, haha.

Maybe I'll fork out an extra few hundred and get 3 more monitors and hook em up in surround.

I think Still Life in 5.1 would be a phenomenal thing if done right.

Cool thing, as long as they don't put a hyperactive kid behind the buttons. This way someone managed to ruin the 5.1 remix of tubular bells, the instruments move along the speakers as if the technician was a bit spastic while controlling the panning, pretty anoying.
