The Metal For Muthas tracks, The Sweet Danger EP, the Loser single, the BBC tracks, the Self-titled album itself....i am a HUGE Angel Witch fan. The S/T album is for sure in my all-time favorites list. One of the unsung greats of the NWOBHM scene. And this may sound blasphemous, but i'm gonna say it anyway......i like Angel Witch more than Iron Maiden. There. I SAID IT.

My drum tech or "roadie" (SQUIRE) brought me a wide Tartan scarf in sauchiehall st
.........so i thought i would wear it as a mini kilt, over a pair of "thermal underwear pants" with odd coloured boots........
It stuck with me, and wore them all the time after that!!!!
And that was before AXLE ROSE...haha.

Well, I havent been able to listen to a lot of Angel Witch because the cd's are hard to find.
Especially since I just got the net and was in Euless tx for the last three years, the capitol of 'no cd stores' other than Virgin records(witch I Dispize)
But I visited the myspace site and listened to what I could and I have become a fan.
It's that Angel Witch had a certain feel and sound that Metallica could not match on their best day. Or anyone else for that matter.
Angel Witch was Angel Witch.
It's like 'good sex' vs 'your hand'
The hand is good but everyone wants the real thing more, exept for the internet porn freaks, but they dont count.

And I have found several AW albums in the net, they are not that difficult to get. Especially the debut (which counts as the most important)
