Battle of the Heroes is top notch as well, and the Maestro did a perfect job scoring that scene. However, the Asteroid Field was a bigger challenge, and had the magical moment where the Millenium Falcon flies through the canyon which is perhaps the most perfectly executed segment of action in film history. The music there was absolutely perfect.
